Comedy Night at RFD
MAY 04
- Riverhead Fire Dept to host it's first ever Comedy Night on Saturday May 12th. Doors open at 5:30 pm with dinner at 6:00 pm and the show at 8:00 pm. Tickets are $40 in advance and $45 at the door. Hurst Tool Job
APRIL 21
- On April 21, 2012, around 2:10 pm, Riverhead Fire department was called out for a heavy rescue, Hurst Tool required, at the scene of an MVA at the corner of Mill Rd and Hinda, at the entrance of Glennwood Village. Car Fire in Calverton
APRIL 18
- Wednesday afternoon Riverhead Fire Department was called to the scene of a car fire. As the engines pulled up they were encountered with a fully involved vehicle. All occupants were safely out. A Second Manorville Brush Fire
APRIL 18
- A second large brush fire was reported in Manorville in the area of Weeks Ave. on Tuesday April 17. Riverhead Fire Department was first called for a mutual aid with it's tanker, 6-2-7. Shortly after the tanker responded a brush truck, 6-2-12A was requested, followed by engine 6-2-14. Upon arrival smoke could be seen.
