Landing Zone Cancelled Email Print PDF RSS By web team July 24, 2010   At 11:49 PM on Saturday, the Riverhead Fire Department was requested to set up a Signal-23, landing zone, for a 'Med-Evac' helicopter at the Peconic Bay Medical Center. Soon after our arrival the helicopter was cancelled. The patient was transported by ambulance to Stony Brook Medical Center, leaving at 12:00 AM.
